We want you to love your Ava's Essential products! If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:
Our Policy:
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Item:
Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, used, or not in their original state.
How to Start a Return/Exchange:
Please contact our customer service team at info@avasessentials.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos, and we'll make it right.
